Daniel James: Manchester United winger can help take Wales burden off Gareth Bale, says Ryan Giggs

Wales manager Ryan Giggs says Daniel James’ development could help ease the strain on celebrity Gareth Bale.
Wales take in Cardiff City Stadium in a crucial European Qualifier on Friday on Azerbaijan having dropped their last two matches of the campaign against Croatia and Hungary
James has scored three goals within four Premier League matches since his transfer to Manchester United from Swansea while Bale scored for Real Madrid on Sunday against Villarreal.
Giggs is expecting James’ sort will help take the burden off Wales’ album goalscorer heading.
«They’re both playing are in good shape, both are not scoring. I believe they are looking forward to becoming included in the match,» he explained.
«Dan has got off to a terrific start to his Manchester United career but also he has been great for us in the last few matches — particularly during the summer under difficult conditions.
«It is not only about Gareth. Clearly with everything Gareth has performed, the capabilities he’s got, spotlight and the strain is always to him.
«I wish to bring that pressure off him, we can not rely on him every game. We’ve got other gift in the group.»
Following his first four appearances but Giggs insists he is not surprised by the fast evolution of the winger at Old Trafford under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, james is United’s best scorer from the Premier League.

«I haven’t been amazed because he had a fantastic pre-season, once you register for a brand new club that’s exactly what you need,» he continued.
«He’s played nearly every game and when you score, or come on and score, then that gives you a lift.
«It doesn’t matter when you are in the world or what kind of skill you have, confidence is everything, confidence builds. All of us know about what he is capable of, and what he’s done especially over the last eight or nine weeks. He only gets better and better.
«He’s at the right club. Ole will look in the way that is ideal, he’ll know when to perform him. So no, I am not surprised. It is a club which loves wingers, they adore players. I’m pleased he will not get taken away, he’s that type of character.
«He’s down to the earth and he’s at the ideal club in regards to keeping his feet on the floor .»
